GOAL OF ZERO INJURIES AND ILLNESSES We believe that all injuries and occupational illnesses are preventable and our ultimate goal is zero injuries and illnesses. We regularly assess the health and safety environment of our facilities. We design, build, operate and maintain all our facilities and transportation equipment so they are safe and secure. |

PROMOTING OPEN AND PUBLIC DISCUSSION We promote open discussion with our stakeholders to explain our health and safety policy and receive their feedback. We support governments, policy makers, businesses and advocacy groups in their development of sound policies, laws, regulations and practices that improve health and safety. |

MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT, ACCOUNTABILITY The Board of Directors is regularly informed about health and safety performance and related key issues. The Executive Committee ensures that OH&S policy is in place and actions are taken to achieve this commitment. Management in each business is responsible for training and motivating employees to understand and comply with this commitment and applicable laws.
